The Challenge

Silvie Hair Studio was expanding beyond in-salon services, offering high-quality hair extensions and professional training. However, their website didn't reflect this evolution—it was cluttered, unintuitive, and difficult to navigate. The main challenges were:

  • Complex shopping experience – Customers struggled to browse and purchase hair extensions.
  • Lack of a clear stylist application process – Professionals couldn’t easily apply for discounts or enroll in training.
  • Inconsistent brand presence – The site didn’t align with the salon’s high-end identity.

If I could go back, I’d only push for even more innovation in the digital shopping experience.
